Peter is exhibiting at the conference and is one of the speakers for the session on Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA): Indemnification, Limitation of Liability, Subject Injury & Insurance. The speakers will dive into the critical components of a clinical trial agreement pertaining to the parties’ liability, indemnification & subject injury reimbursement obligations, including a discussion around their typical insurance requirements, and how the parties’ insurance coverage impacts their contractual obligations.
