Timothy Gleason

Tim joined Sullivan Group in 2021 as an Account Executive in our Personal Lines Department before being promoted to the Director of Personal Risk Services. In April 2026 he transitioned into a principal role at the agency focusing on new business opportunities.

He is licensed in property & casualty in the state of Massachusetts.

His past experience in customer service at Hanover, coupled with his experience as an underwriter / Broker at PMC has helped him build a solid foundation in insurance. This has allowed him to see insurance through different angles. Tim takes pride in educating and helping others to be the best they can in their respective roles.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time on the Cape with friends and family, staying present, and playing golf. Tim is an active member in the community and gives back whenever he can. He is a board member at 365Z Foundation where their mission is all about encouraging individuals to perform one act of kindness each day.  Tim is also the president of his HOA.

Tim is a graduate of Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bryant University.
