Pearl Smith-Aidoo

Pearl joined Sullivan Group as our Accounting Manager in 2025 where she handles all deposits, account reconciliation, corporate licensing renewals, financing agreements, and other projects alongside our CFO.

Prior to joining Sullivan Group, Pearl worked in Accounting in Higher Education. She worked at Wellesley College for six years before moving to Clark University where she worked in a variety of departments for nearly ten years, most recently as the Senior Associate Director in the Office of Financial Assistance. Her many years of accounting experience, along with her ability to develop streamlined processes make her a great addition to our accounting team.

Pearl earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Cum Laude from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO and her Master of Business Administration with an Accounting Concentration, from Clark University.
