Matthew Carlo

Matt Carlo joined Sullivan Group in 2025 and has been working in the insurance industry since 2015.  He was at Mapfre Insurance for 8 years in a variety of roles before moving over to the agency side at O’Connor & Co. Insurance Agency in early 2024.   

Matt grew up in Worcester and graduated from Burncoat High School.  He graduated from Salem State University with a BS in Sport Management and a minor in Marketing.  He is licensed in property and casualty in the state of Massachusetts.
