Kathy Couture

Kathy joined Sullivan Group as our Receptionist in 2018, and moved into our Commercial Claims Department in 2020.

Prior to joining Sullivan Group, Kathy spent 16 years working in child care as a teacher and office manager. She also worked in the Manufacturing industry for 10 years as part of Inventory Management and Production Control.

Her patience, organization, and follow up, along with her skill for developing streamlined and efficient processes make her a perfect fit for her current role in helping our clients bring their claims to a successful resolution.
