Connor Sullivan

Connor Sullivan joined Sullivan Group in 2026 and brings nearly a decade of diverse insurance experience to the agency. A fifth‑generation insurance agent, Connor has worked across retail, wholesale, and program‑placement environments since beginning his career in 2017.

Connor started at Quaker Special Risk, where he gained foundational expertise in commercial underwriting and specialty risk. After two years, he joined Risk Placement Services in Boston, broadening his exposure to E&S markets and complex accounts. He then spent nearly five years at Marsh as a Vice President within U.S. Affinity Programs, developing tailored solutions for national associations, niche industries, and large portfolios of commercial clients.

Today, Connor strengthens Sullivan Group’s commercial division with a consultative, relationship‑focused approach. He works extensively with marine, hospitality, construction, and habitational clients. As a licensed OUPV Captain and property owner himself, Connor offers a unique perspective on coastal, maritime, and real estate‑related risks.

Connor graduated from the College of Charleston in 2016 with two Bachelor of Science degrees: one in Business Administration and one in Hospitality & Tourism Management. He is also a proud graduate of St. John’s High School, Class of 2012.
