Gary is Principal and co-founder of Sullivan Benefits. He brings twenty years of industry experience to the organization as a specialist in the area of group insurance.
During his career, Gary has held positions in the areas of group underwriting, sales and sales management. He has an extensive understanding of the local managed care marketplace, expertise in the area of self funded plan design and administration and has distributed group life and disability products on both a local and national level. Prior to forming Sullivan Benefits, he was the Northeast Regional Sales Vice President for Allmerica Financial's Employee Benefit Services Division.
Gary holds the Chartered Life Underwriter designation from the American College in Bryn Mar, PA. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Economics from Springfield College. Currently he is enrolled in the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist program cosponsored by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Gary is also an active member of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council.
