Mr. Lockbaum joined the firm in 1989 after completing a nationally recognized football career at the College of the Holy Cross. In addition to All-America status, Gordie was a two-time runner-up for the Heisman Trophy and a National Football Foundation Scholar Athlete (one of ten nationally). He received a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Holy Cross and is currently pursuing his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation from the American Institute of Property and Liability Underwriters.
As Vice President and principal of the Sullivan Insurance Group, Gordie has specialized in providing insurance products and risk management services for a variety of commercial and personal clients, including transportation, construction, manufacturing, habitational and professional service risks. He takes a comprehensive approach to customer service by facilitating placement of insurance products and risk management techniques. Gordie is also well versed in employee benefit programs.
Mr. Lockbaum is active in several civic and charitable organizations including the United Way of Central Massachusetts and Why Me, Inc. He also serves as coach for youth sports teams such as Pop Warner Football, Little League Baseball and Wrestling at Worcester Academy.
