Chrystine is Principal and co-founder of Sullivan Benefits. She brings eighteen years of industry experience to the organization, specializing in group insurance for organizations in the middle market arena.
Over the course of her career, Chrystine has held positions in the areas of group life and health underwriting, benefit consulting, large account management and management. Her areas of expertise include managed care, special risk and alternative funding techniques. Prior to forming Sullivan Benefits, she was Vice President and Manager of Employee Benefit Services for the Boston Operations of Marsh USA, Inc.
Chrystine is a Licensed Insurance Advisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Chrystine is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, the Northeast Human Resources Association and the Massachusetts Biotechnology Council. In addition, she is an active member of the Greater Boston Chapter of CEBS the New England Employee Benefits Council and the Needham Women's Club.
