Gordie joined Sullivan Group in 1989 after completing a nationally recognized football career at the College of the Holy Cross. In addition to All-America status, Gordie was a two-time Heisman Trophy candidate. He graduated Holy Cross in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. In 2001, Gordie was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.
As partner, Gordie serves an array of clients in various industries, including transportation, construction, education, manufacturing, habitational and professional service risks. He takes a comprehensive, risk management approach to both commercial and personal clientele. Gordie is also well versed in employee benefit programs.
Active in numerous civic and charitable organizations, Gordie currently serves on the Board of Directors at Why Me and Sherry’s House. An enthusiastic fundraiser, Gordie has run 10 marathons on behalf of Why Me. Since 2000, Gordie has also served as Middle School and Head Varsity Wrestling Coach at Worcester Academy. He has also served as coach for several local youth sports teams including Worcester Youth Soccer, Greendale Youth Flag Football, West Boylston Pop Warner Football, Jesse Burkett Little League and West Side Babe Ruth Baseball.
